SGD Pharma informs you that your personal data will be processed as part of the recruitment process set up by SGD Pharma's Human Resources department.

In accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, applicable from 25 May 2018, and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, relating to Information Technology, Data Files and Civil Liberties, we invite you to read below the terms and conditions for processing your personal data as part of the recruitment process.

By applying for a job vacancy with SGD Pharma acting as data controller, you authorize SGD Pharma to collect your personal data and to use it as part of a recruitment process and any hiring procedure. 

We collect and process the following data: name, surname, gender, private email address, private telephone details, previous position(s) and/or current position (hereinafter referred to as your "Data").

In addition, your Data will be used to contact you and process your application.

For the purposes hereof, your Data may be retained by SGD Pharma for a maximum period of 24 months. After this period, you will receive an email proposing that you update your Data. If you do not respond within ten (10) calendar days, your Data will be deleted from our databases.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, you have the following rights:

- Right of access (article 15 of the GDPR);

- Right of rectification (article 16 of the GDPR);

- Right to erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR);

- Right to limitation of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR);

- Right to portability (article 20 of the GDPR);

- Right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR).

Your Data are not processed automatically. As part of the processing described herein, all appropriate technical, organizational and security measures are taken against any unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or loss of your Data, which are hosted in data centers located within the European Union for the entire duration of the processing.

Unless otherwise provided for by law, regulation or court order, access to your Data will be restricted to SGD Pharma employees and, where applicable, to its service providers, when the latter need to consult and/or use them for the purposes described above.
